Responsibilities

Welcoming customers, building relationships and delivering fantastic customer service; Understanding what matters most to each customer and helping them with their travel money needs; Putting training into action and offering expert advice on products and services; Working in a fast-paced environment processing foreign exchange transactions and online orders accurately; Working together as a team driving performance, delivering excellence and celebrating success; Following company processes and paying attention to detail to ensure everything stays on track
