Transportation Aide (CNA)

Responsibilities

Transport residents to appointments, community events, and others as needed; Confirm doctors’ appointments for residents; Notify family of arrangements regarding appointments; Monitor daily documentation and filing; All other duties as assigned

Requirements

Current Certified Nursing Assistants Certification preferred, or willingness to complete a state-approved CNA program and become a Nursing Assistant (CNA) within six (6) months of hire; Current/active CPR certification; Valid State Driver's License with no more than 3 entries (accidents, moving violations, failures to appear); Customer Service oriented, able to work well under pressure; Multi-tasker who enjoys transporting residents as well as working on the floor
