for experienced candidates: practical welding skills and the ability to read technical drawings

readiness to work in a 2-shift system (6:00 AM–2:00 PM, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM)
responsibility and commitment to long-term cooperation
preparing parts for welding in accordance with technical documentation
welding parts and subassemblies
performing locksmith work related to metal processing
