Drive SAP SuccessFactors Core HR Configuration in a Global Environment
Our Client is looking for an Employee Central Configuration Specialist to support and enhance its global SAP SuccessFactors landscape as part of an ongoing HR transformation. This role is ideal for a hands-on SuccessFactors professional who enjoys working with core HR configuration, permissions, and reporting in a complex, multinational environment, while steadily growing into broader consulting responsibilities.
About the Role
As an Employee Central Configuration Specialist, you will play a key role in the configuration, support, and optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors Core HR modules, with a strong focus on Employee Central, Onboarding 2.0, Time Management, Career Development Planning, and Role-Based Permissions.
Working closely with senior consultants, HR stakeholders, and IT teams, you will ensure high-quality system delivery, consistent global processes, and reliable reporting and access management across regions.
What You’ll Do:
SuccessFactors Configuration & Support
- Take ownership of day-to-day configuration, testing, and support of Employee Central
- Support Time Management and collaborate on Employee Central Payroll-related topics
- Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and rollouts
Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
- Configure and maintain module-specific RBP to ensure secure and accurate user access
- Support access troubleshooting and data security best practices
Reporting & Analytics
- Build and maintain reports, story reports, and dashboards in SuccessFactors
- Provide actionable insights for HR and business stakeholders
Global Process Standardisation
- Support the adoption of standardised HR processes across Our Client’s global operations
- Ensure alignment with SAP best practices and global HR governance
User Support & Knowledge Sharing
- Troubleshoot system issues and perform root-cause analysis
- Document solutions, configurations, and procedures
- Support end-user training and provide functional guidance
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with HR, IT, and senior consultants to align system configuration with business needs
- Support global initiatives and cross-regional collaboration
What You Bring:
Core Skills & Experience
- 3 – 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Practical knowledge of Onboarding 2.0, Time Management, CDP, and RBP
- Experience with SuccessFactors reporting, story reports, and dashboards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Certifications & Education
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification – mandatory
- SAP SuccessFactors Time Management and/or Employee Central Payroll Certification – strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, HR, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Ways of Working
- Good understanding of SAP best practices in global HR processes
- Confident English communication skills in a multicultural environment
- Proactive mindset with eagerness to grow into broader SuccessFactors consulting responsibilities
Nice to Have:
- Experience in HR system implementation or optimisation projects
- Understanding of end-to-end HR processes (Core HR, Onboarding, Recruitment)
- Interest in automation, data governance, and continuous process improvement
- Ability to support coordination of global HR initiatives
