Investment & Infrastructure Project Specialist (M/K)

Role Description:

As a member of the Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for leading capital investment projects and supporting activities related to the day-to-day technical maintenance of the facility, ensuring its development, reliability, and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute investment projects within assigned budgets, focusing on the maintenance and development of the facility infrastructure
• Provide technical expertise and support for ongoing infrastructure maintenance activities
• Coordinate and supervise external contractors performing work on-site
• Ensure compliance of projects with construction law requirements and corporate standards
• Prepare technical specifications and requests for quotations (RFQs) for external suppliers and contractors
• Maintain and update building and infrastructure documentation
• Support internal administrative processes related to the technical and infrastructure area

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Utilities, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing and delivering capital investment projects
• Strong knowledge of construction law and practical experience in ensuring regulatory compliance
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher, enabling effective communication and technical documentation review
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, documentation, and engineering drawings
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make independent technical decisions based on available data
• Excellent organizational skills, result orientation, and ability to manage priorities effectively
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications
• Good understanding of health and safety regulations and practical application of HSE requirements in technical projects
