Neighbor Ambassador (Spruce, Ironworks, and Bellflower)

Entry-level role blending customer service, sales and administration for Neighbor Ambassadors, who help Neighbors feel at home and guide Future Neighbors through the leasing process. Requires working weekends, as Neighborhoods are busiest on weekends.

Responsibilities

Customer Service: make Neighbors feel at home and genuinely proud to live in their Neighborhoods; Sales: guide Future Neighbors through the leasing experience; Administration: create Neighborhood reports, conduct market surveys, prepare rental agreements, post apartment advertisements
