Officer Manager - Maternity Leave Replacement

6 Months Maternity Leave Replacement role at Estia Health, an aged care provider. The role is an indispensable helper to the residential aged care manager, ensuring the home runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

Working closely with the Residential Aged Care Manager and home staff to maintain accurate rosters; Assisting with staff recruitment and onboarding; Providing prompt and friendly customer service to both internal and external customers; Proactively managing the enquiries pipeline to successfully convert enquiries to sales; Lending a hand with billing, payroll and stocktake; Providing guidance and mentoring to Administration Officer; Maintaining all record management systems; Supporting the residential aged care manager in their daily tasks

Requirements

Nice to have

A qualification in Business Administration or similar; Previous experience in Aged Care; Previous experience in rostering
