Are you passionate about customer service/order management and fluent in German and English? We are hiring for a reputable client in Warszawa, seeking an O2C Specialist to manage order processes, nurture client relationships, and support sales strategies within a dynamic FMCG environment.

What You'll Do:
???? Efficiently manage customer orders and relationships with clients and sales teams
????Generate and update client statements
???? Oversee promotional agreements with clients
???? Report variances in sales strategy implementation
???? Identify critical process areas and suggest improvements
???? Promote company principles and values

What You'll Bring:
????️Native or fluent German (C1) and proficient English (B2)
????Experience supporting customer service, orders preferably in FMCG or retail
????Strong computer skills, including MS Office; SAP familiarity is a plus
???? Excellent communication skills and ability to work in an international environment
