Responsibilities

Take charge of a small and medium business portfolio, working to develop revenue and achieve agreed business objectives; Account management, maintenance and updating of master data in Salesforce; Identify and qualify new business and existing customer sales opportunities through proactive strategies (no cold calling); Provide regular feedback to team leaders ensuring a seamless flow of information

Requirements

Minimum one year experience in customer service & sales; Native-level Danish and intermediate English proficiency; Familiarity with Windows-based technology and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel); Strong oral and written communication skills in a B2B environment; Experience with CRM software; A collaborative mindset with a drive to be the best together
