Contract Operation Manager

Reports to: IPM Contracts Manager Lead
About the Role
We are looking for a Contract Operations Manager to support International Partner Markets team. In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of contracts - preparing, reviewing, coordinating approvals, and ensuring everything is aligned with internal procedures.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with documents, is well-organised, and feels comfortable collaborating with different teams in a global environment. The role is fully remote, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere in Poland.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare, review, and update contracts, agreements, amendments, and related documents.
• Coordinate the contract process from drafting to signature and archiving.
• Ensure compliance with internal templates, SOPs, and contract procedures.
• Support internal teams by explaining contract terms and answering questions.
• Track deadlines and ensure all obligations are met.
• Maintain an organised digital contract database.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely contract execution.

What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in contract management (pharma/biotech experience is a plus).
• Experience drafting and reviewing contracts.
• Strong understanding of business processes and compliance.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast changing environment.
• Fluent English.
