Data Conversion Delivery Manager

As a Historical Data Conversion Delivery Manager, you will serve as the essential link between technical Data Solution Consultants (DSCs) and the client's business stakeholders. While DSCs focus on the technical execution of data migration and complex analysis, your role is to translate that work into a clear narrative for the client while relaying client requirements back to the internal team. You will be among the first members of the Data Solutions team based in India, helping establish Addepar's presence in the region while working closely with colleagues across the U.S., U.K., and other global offices. Work from the Pune office 3 days a week in UK shift, 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM IST (hybrid role).

Responsibilities

Serve as the dedicated partner to the internal Data Solutions Consultants, ensuring clear specifications and context while managing administrative workflows; Translate technical progress, data challenges, and migration results into digestible business narratives for client stakeholders; Lead regular client status calls to convey project health, presenting successful data loads and managing expectations around timelines or data discrepancies; Facilitate the flow of information between parties, ensuring client requirements are accurately scoped and technical constraints are clearly explained to the client; Prioritize and oversee simultaneous projects, maintaining alignment with the Data Solutions team on resource availability; Identify and drive opportunities to improve the communication workflow between Project Management and Data Solutions functions

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of experience in project management, finance, or consulting, with a strong record of managing client relationships and communicating complex project updates; Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes and manage difficult conversations regarding timelines or scope; Strong understanding of financial products and securities modeling (conceptual understanding is key, technical implementation not required); Creative problem-solver who operates with ownership and accountability in ambiguous environments; Works effectively across teams and functions, bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders; Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-minded; Thrives in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and global stakeholders; Legal authorization to work in India on the first day of employment (visa sponsorship not available)

Nice to have

Technical (bonus): Familiarity with Python or SQL; Ability to query data or understand automated workflows; Conceptual understanding of financial products and securities modeling
