ServiceNow DSVR Consultant

What we expect

• practical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, particularly in areas such as Finance and Control, Customer Service, Vendor Management, Communication, Sourcing and Procurement, or Audit Risk and Compliance.
• fluency in English (additional language such as French and / or German is a plus)
• good understanding of Connect to Resolve and Query to Resolve processes.
• proven experience in analyzing business needs, managing ServiceNow requirements, and translating them into business cases.
• experience collaborating with IT teams, developers, and operations to deliver agreed outcomes, products, or requirements.
• broad understanding of various Service Delivery Models, including GBS, SSC, BPO, hybrid, or BOT.
• general process knowledge in finance and master data areas, such as AP, AR, GL, or MDM.
• strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to listen actively, explain complex situations clearly, and convey difficult messages in a positive manner.
• demonstrated leadership experience with a willingness to readily take ownership of tasks and problems.
• excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• proficiency in using MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
