About Aryzta Europe Business Service CentreThe Business Service Centre in Wrocław was established in 2023. Since May 2024, we have been operating as a separate company based in Wrocław at Legnicka Street.

We are looking for a Financial Analyst.
Location: Wrocław | Work Mode: HybridAbout the RoleThe Financial Analyst supports controlling and financial processes, ensuring accurate execution of pricing, cost management, and reporting activities. The role contributes to timely month-end close (MEC) processes, financial analysis, and ongoing controlling operations across multiple entities and cost centres.
The Financial Analyst supports financial transparency, cost control, and data accuracy by delivering reliable analysis, reporting, and business insights that enable effective decision-making and operational performance management.
Key Responsibilities- Support FP&A, controlling, and financial processes, including data analysis, budgeting, forecasting, month-end close (MEC), variance analysis, and performance monitoring across multiple entities and business areas.
- Deliver high-quality management reporting, commercial and operational analytics, KPI tracking, and actionable business insights to support data-driven decision-making and performance improvement
- Support pricing, rebates, cost controlling, standard costing, and PVM analysis processes, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with financial governance standards.
- Support inventory controlling, reconciliations, customer claims and deduction analysis, and ensure consistency and integrity of financial data across systems and reporting platforms.
- Contribute to the implementation, enhancement, and optimisation of reporting and analytics solutions using SAP, BPC, Nexus, Power BI and other digital finance tools
- Lead or actively support automation, standardisation, and continuous improvement of reporting and FP&A processes, contributing to the development of a scalable and efficient BSC operating model.
- Maintain and enhance reporting governance, templates, controls, documentation, and process standards to ensure consistency, transparency, and audit readiness.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders (finance, controlling, commercial, and operations) to support reporting requirements, financial analysis, and business initiatives.
- Participate in transformation and change initiatives, supporting process improvements, system enhancements, and reporting modernisation activities.
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements in reporting, analysis, and controlling activities to enhance speed, accuracy, and scalability
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in finance, including 3-5 years in controlling, financial analysis, reporting, finance operations, or related FP&A support roles
- Solid understanding of core financial controlling processes, including budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, variance analysis, and month-end close (MEC) activities.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP ECC / S4HANA and reporting/analytics tools such as Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Nexus, or similar platforms
- Strong Excel and analytical capabilities, with hands-on experience in data analysis, reconciliation processes, and exposure to reporting automation and data transformation activities
- Familiarity with data and automation tools such as SQL, VBA, Power Query, or similar technologies, supporting efficient data handling and reporting processes
- Strong analytical, structured, and detail-oriented mindset with a high focus on data accuracy, consistency, and process reliability.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset, actively identifying opportunities to simplify, standardise, and optimise processes
- Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret financial and operational data and translate it into meaningful insights and recommendations
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in cross-functional, international, and fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly present financial information to both finance and non-finance audiences
- Exposure to or interest in automation, digital finance tools, and AI-enabled reporting solutions is considered a strong advantage.
