What will your tasks involve?

• end-to-end payment execution: prepare, process, and monitor standard, manual, and urgent payments via SAP and e-banking platforms, including troubleshooting rejected or failed transactions

• controls, audit & compliance: perform strict pre- and post-payment checks (e.g., preventing duplicates, validating bank data), maintain complete audit trails, and ensure adherence to SOX and internal policies

• cross-functional collaboration: coordinate closely with Accounts Payable, Treasury (regarding funding availability), and banking teams, acting as the main point of contact for payment inquiries

• systems & process optimization: reconcile data between SAP and banking systems, ensure business continuity, and proactively drive continuous improvement initiatives and tool implementations
