About Aryzta Europe Business Service Center
The Business Service Center in Wrocław was established in 2023. Since May 2024, we have been operating as a separate company based in Wrocław at Legnicka Street. Our team currently consists of more than 100 employees. Our portfolio includes processes in the areas of finance, master data, procurement, IT, and project management.
We are looking for an Lead IT Business Analyst Logistics.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Lead IT Business Analyst Logistics to join Group IT, with a strong background in logistics, warehouse management, transportation, and supply chain execution.
In this role, you will act as the IT counterpart to business process owners, leading logistics initiatives across multiple countries and ensuring solutions are scalable, harmonised, and aligned with the overall application landscape.
You will combine solution architecture, functional leadership, and project delivery, playing a key role in SAP EWM and S/4HANA rollouts as well as continuous improvement of logistics solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as technical owner of the logistics application landscape (SAP EWM, WM, TM)
- Support roadmap, backlog prioritisation, project delivery, and optimisation
- Lead and contribute to the design, rollout, and improvement of logistics processes across countries.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical solutions
- Ensure effective integration with SAP ERP, S/4HANA, TM, MDG and related systems
- Guide and coordinate Business Analysts (without formal people management)
- Support testing, release management, rollout, and stabilisation
- Ensure application performance, governance, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- min 7+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst / Consultant / Architect in logistics or supply chain
- Strong functional and architectural understanding of SAP EWM, WM, TM and integrations
- Broad knowledge of end-to-end logistics processes (warehouse, transport, inventory, execution)
- Experience in multi-country rollouts and process harmonisation
- Understanding of application life cycle management and support models
- Experience integrating SAP and non-SAP systems in logistics environments
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to guide others and influence without direct authority
- Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Fluent English
- SAP certifications (EWM, S/4HANA, TM, ITIL) - nice to have
- German and/or French - nice to have
