Project Manager (Operational Global Deployment)

• Plan and own the end-to-end operational deployment of new capabilities across multiple regions and countries 
• Develop and maintain integrated deployment plans, including milestones, dependencies, and readiness criteria 
• Coordinate activities across product, technology, operations, change, and market teams to ensure successful launches 
• Define and implement post-launch support and operating models, including ownership, handovers, escalation paths, and SLAs 
• Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the deployment lifecycle 
• Maintain structured tracking of risks and issues, ensuring clear ownership and mitigation through to closure 
• Plan and align resources required for deployment, working closely with functional and regional leaders 
• Identify and escalate resource or delivery risks with clear options and impact assessments 
• Provide regular, structured reporting to program governance forums and executive stakeholders 
• Act as a single point of accountability for deployment status, accuracy of reporting, and cross-workstream alignment 
• Facilitate cross-functional sessions to resolve conflicts, remove blockers, and support informed decision-making

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Project or Program Management roles
• Proven experience managing large-scale, complex projects or programs in global, multi-country environments
• Strong background in operational deployment, rollout, or implementation of business and technology capabilities
• Demonstrated experience in risk, issue, and dependency management within complex delivery landscapes
• Ability to align and coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders across different functions and regions
• Experience working with senior and executive-level stakeholders, including governance and steering committees
• Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills
• Fluent English (C1 level or higher)
