PVC Window Frame Production Worker

We offer:

• Gross hourly wage: €16.15 - Overtime (Monday-Friday): 125% | €20.19
• Saturday: 150% | €24.15
• Weekly salary: €646.00 regular hours + €161.52 overtime = €807.52 gross
• Estimated net salary: €670.00 before housing and insurance costs, based on a 5-day work week.
• Saturday work: an additional €193.20 gross per day.

What can you expect:

• Stable full-time work in a modern production environment, with the possibility to learn the work internally. Long-term employment is possible.
• Approx. 45 - 48 hours per week. Work is planned for 9 or 9,5 hours per day, with possible Saturday work depending on the schedule.
• Monday to Friday, depending on planning and workload.
• Standard full-time schedule is 5 days per week; Saturday work may be required.
• Day shifts of approximately 9 hours per day. 07:00 - 17:00
• Summer break (3 weeks) Christmas break (2 weeks) 

Language skills:

• Dutch English and German are relevant for communication. Dutch, German or English language skills are accepted for the worker.

Other information:

• Accommodation through Marquette, depending on availability
• Driver’s license is required. Travel to work is by car.
• Work takes place in a modern production environment. The work requires accuracy, quality awareness and a willingness to perform physical work. For safety reasons, a minimum height of 1.70m is required.

Workers profile:

• Full-time production worker with experience or affinity with general technical work. Experience may be professional or private, for example someone who is handy, likes repairing or building things, has technical insight and is motivated to learn. The candidate must be accurate, responsible, quality-conscious and physically fit. Minimum height: 1.70 m.
• Dutch, German or English is required. English and/or Polish communication is preferred for practical coordination.
• Technical insight, practical hands-on experience and accuracy are important. Experience in a technical production environment is preferred, but not required. Machine operating experience is a plus; programming knowledge is not required.
• No specific certificate needed. Technical experience or affinity is preferred. 
• Driver’s license is required
