What we offer

• Location: Warsaw 
• Department: Security and Safety 
• Reports to: Security and Safety Manager 
• Salary: 10,000–14,000 PLN gross (+ 2,000 PLN for General Affairs Operation) 
• Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM 
• Employment Type: Full-time through an external agency (3-month probationary period)

Your tasks

IT Infrastructure & User Support

• Provide comprehensive support for Windows OS, MS Product Suite, PCs, laptops, and printers.
• Troubleshoot network and device issues, install software, and resolve system errors.
• Deliver IT onboarding training for new employees.
• Conduct preventive maintenance checks to minimize system downtime.

Security & Asset Management

• Operate and maintain endpoint, server, and network security solutions.
• Manage the full lifecycle of hardware and software assets, including setup, issuance, return, and disposal.
• Oversee physical security systems, including CCTV, Access Control Systems (ACS), and ID badge management.
• Coordinate closely with Korean HQ to implement global IT and security solutions.

General Affairs & Operations

• Coordinate vehicle maintenance, inspections, and scheduling (car washes/upkeep) with authorized service centers.
• Provide driving and transportation support for VIP visitors as part of official hospitality protocols.
