Test Performance Engineer

Your new role 

As a Test Performance Engineer (QA - UI & API Testing), you will be responsible for ensuring that complex applications meet the highest standards of speed, scalability, and reliability. Your work will involve designing and executing performance test scenarios, developing automated load and stress tests, and analyzing system behavior under varying conditions. You will collaborate closely with development and DevOps teams to identify bottlenecks, optimize performance, and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines. You will also contribute to quality analytics, maintain documentation, support test data and environment readiness, and explore AI‑driven approaches to enhance test automation and coverage. 

What you'll need to succeed 

• At least 3 years of experience in test automation or software engineering with a strong automation focus
• Ability to design, implement, and automate performance test scenarios
• Proficiency in C# or another modern programming language
• Hands‑on experience with:
  • JMeter or similar performance testing tools
  • Selenium/Selenoid, Playwright, or comparable UI automation frameworks
  • Docker, Jenkins, Git, JIRA/X-Ray
  • Windows and Linux operating systems and related admin tools
• Strong understanding of software testing principles and Agile methodologies
• Ability to create clear technical documentation
• Good command of English and comfort working in international teams
• Nice to have:
  • Experience using AI tools in testing (e.g., GitHub Copilot, MCP concepts)
  • Knowledge of Elastic Stack, RabbitMQ
  • Experience integrating hardware simulation with end‑to‑end testing
