What You’ll Do

As our Multi-Talented Hospitality Star, you’ll wear many hats to ensure our guests have an unforgettable stay. Your responsibilities will include:

• Breakfast Preparation & Cooking: Prepare and cook delicious breakfasts, assist with mise en place, and occasionally support in preparing other simple dishes for our restaurant.
• Restaurant Cleaning: Keep our restaurant spotless, ensuring a hygienic and inviting dining area for guests.
• Serving: Provide friendly, professional service to guests in our restaurant and café, ensuring a warm and hospitable experience.
• Hotel Housekeeping: Clean and prepare hotel rooms and bathrooms, restock amenities (towels, bed linens, etc.), and maintain public areas like hallways and reception to the highest standards.
• Guest Interaction: Create a welcoming atmosphere, addressing guest needs with a smile and a proactive attitude.
• Team Support: Collaborate with colleagues across tasks, adapting to the needs of the day and contributing to a positive team environment.

What We’re Looking For

We need someone who is flexible, energetic, and ready to embrace the variety of tasks that come with working in a boutique hotel. Ideal candidates will have:

• Versatility: Comfortable switching between cooking, serving, cleaning, and housekeeping tasks with ease.
• Positive Attitude: A can-do mindset, enthusiasm for hospitality, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
• Team Spirit: Ability to work well in a small, close-knit team while also being independent and proactive.
• Physical Stamina: Capable of handling physically demanding tasks like cleaning and standing for extended periods.
• Flexibility: Available to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts to meet the hotel’s needs.
• Language Skills: Basic English proficiency is required; knowledge of Dutch, Polish, or other languages is a plus.
• Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, cooking, or housekeeping is a bonus but not mandatory - we value attitude and willingness to learn!
