Your tasks

Key Responsibilities

• People & Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and grow a team of Data Engineers and Architects across distributed project pods. Drive performance management, professional growth, and team retention.
• Strategic Technical Guidance: Provide conceptual and strategic direction for data platforms (SQL, Python, Spark, AWS/Azure, CI/CD), ensuring high-quality and resilient delivery.
• International Stakeholder Partnership: Build direct, trusted relationships with UK business stakeholders, aligning team development with technical roadmaps and business strategy.
• Engineering Culture: Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, modern data engineering best practices, and continuous learning. Actively participate in problem solving.
