Job description

• Supervise a team of approximately 30 electricians and installers.
• Daily meetings with Clients and written progress reporting.
• Ensure that all project activities are executed safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate daily operations and allocate tasks to team members.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate objectives and updates.
• Address any issues or challenges that arise within the team.
• Maintain a high standard of quality and safety compliance.
• Report project status and performance metrics to upper management.
