• Oversee the accurate calculation of various taxes, including VAT, CIT, and withholding tax.
• Ensure all accounting documents adhere to current tax and accounting regulations.
• Manage the posting of financial documents, specifically those related to imports, leasing, and employee expenses.
• Conduct regular reconciliation of general ledger accounts, with a focus on VAT settlements.
• Prepare and submit statutory financial reports in compliance with legal standards.
• Coordinate with external partners for accounting and tax consultation.
• Supervise the flow and organization of accounting documents within the company.
• Contribute to the monthly accounting closing process.
• Assist in the implementation of a new ERP system (SAP).
• Proven professional experience in a similar accounting role.
• Deep understanding of tax and accounting regulations, especially VAT and CIT.
• Proficiency in English, minimum B2 level.
• Hands-on experience with posting documents for imports, leasing, and business trips, as well as reconciling general ledger accounts and VAT settlements.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) is a plus.
• Experience in preparing and analyzing tax-related documents.
• Practical experience in the month-end closing process, including generating financial statements and reports.
