Team Leadership: You will be responsible for the development and motivation of the QA team. You will build an effective structure, delegate tasks, and recruit new members, ensuring the highest level of competence.

Automation Architect: You will improve the efficiency of test automation, modernize the existing framework (based on Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG), and increase the reusability of test code.

Quality Strategist: You will raise standards in CI/CD, shifting tests to the early stages of the development cycle (shift-left testing). You will ensure that quality control procedures are implemented at every step of the product creation process.

Analyst and Optimizer: You will continuously analyze the team's work results to streamline processes and improve the quality of the delivered solutions.

Backlog Management: You will plan and manage tasks, ensure effective team communication, and resolve day-to-day issues.
