Qualified Electrical Consultant (Poland / EU-based)

Scope of Work

1. Audit of electrical design from Electrical Contractor with focus on value engineering.

2. Review and suggest optimisation of all systems designed in the building, check their compatibility with each other, focus on value engineering.

3. Sourcing, evaluation, and approval of electrical materials and equipment suppliers

4. Supervision and coordination of on-site QA/QC electrical specialists during installation and testing

5. Close collaboration with the Project Manager, electrical contractors, mechanical engineers, and architects to ensure design and execution consistency

6. Participation in tender analysis and technical evaluations for electrical packages

7. Support during commissioning and handover phase, including review of as-built documentation and test reports
    

8. Reporting and documentation: maintaining records, checklists, and progress summaries for management review

9. Work in Revit to check workshop drawings of the contractor. 

10. Help with electrical contractor nomination by interviewing, commenting on the suggested agreement. 

11. Analysis of payment certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical design review, supervision, or consultancy

• Proven background in commercial and public infrastructure projects within the EU

• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, or similar electrical design tools

• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
