Culinary positions include professionals of various levels responsible for food preparation, cooking, and presentation. From junior cooks handling basic tasks to head chefs managing the entire kitchen, each plays a key role in ensuring quality, flavor, and efficient kitchen operations.

Chef de Partie - responsible for a specific kitchen station, oversees dish quality in their area.

Commis - junior cook assisting seniors, preparing ingredients, and handling basic tasks.

Pastry Chef - specializes in desserts and pastries, creates and prepares sweet dishes.

Demi Chef - assists the Chef de Partie, supports station work and meal preparation.

Sous Chef - deputy head chef, supervises kitchen operations and coordinates the team.

Executive Chef - head of the kitchen, manages the menu, staff, and overall culinary quality.

Requirements:

• Experienced within the culinary industry

• Flexibility, stress resistant, calm under the pressure, resilient and team player with positive approach.

• Professional attitude and appearance, reliable and hard-working with great team spirit.

• Good English skills (written & verbal), other languages as German is an advantage, and for certain nationalities knowledge of German language will be considered as requirement or hiring priority.

• Age: min. 18 years old.

• No need to obtain safety certificates or Seaman's book.
