Regulatory Global Labeling Specialist (M/K)

ManpowerGroup Solutions is looking for a Regulatory Global Labeling Specialist (M/K) to support our client in labeling projects ensuring regulatory compliance. This offer is an opportunity to gather experience in one of the biggest pharmaceutical companies globally.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Global Labeling Product Leader in preparing and revising text for new or updated primary and derived labeling documents in compliance with global labeling procedures
• Review requests from Local Operating Companies and Regulatory Management Centers for Local Labeling Deviations from the CCDS and process LLDs according to established procedures
• Develop and communicate labeling summaries for annual reports and Periodic Safety Update Reports (PSURs)
• Conduct reviews and comparisons of competitor labeling to ensure market competitiveness and compliance
• Lead planning activities related to labeling projects, ensuring timely and accurate execution

Required skills and qualifications:

• Minimum of one year of professional experience in regulatory labeling topics within the pharmaceutical or related industry
• Educational background in pharmacy, life sciences, or a related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English at a C1 level
• Excellent partnering and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, with basic skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of global labeling procedures and regulatory requirements is advantageous
