We are supporting one of our global clients in the technology sector, serving the financial industry, in their search for an experienced Senior Murex Support Consultant. This role is centered around the technical management, stability, and operational excellence of the Murex v3 platform, with a specific focus on the Market Risk (MRB) module.
As a key member of the technical team, you will bridge the gap between complex system operations and functional requirements, ensuring that mission-critical risk processes—including EOD and VaR calculations—run seamlessly in a high-stakes financial environment.

Platform Operations: Manage Murex services (Start/Stop) and oversee the full installation and maintenance of Murex binaries and patches.
Module Maintenance: Perform full installation and configuration of the MRB (Market Risk) module, including menus, services, and scenario containers.
Process Automation: Configure and manage Ant-scripts for automatic executions and streamline system operations.
Environment Support: Execute and monitor EOD processes, Runs, Exports, and VaR calculations, ensuring data integrity.
Incident Management: Provide expert-level support for the MRB/FULL REVAL modules and manage technical cases directly with the Murex provider.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a technical liaison for Risk users and Functional teams to translate business needs into technical requirements for new projects.
Murex Expertise: Extensive experience with Murex v3 installations, including deep knowledge of services, standard menus, and log analysis.
MRB Specialization: Practical knowledge of the MRB module (full installation, scenario imports, and GUI configurations).
Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Datamart, Extractions, PS, BoF, and MDRS (Market Data).
Risk Foundations: Good understanding of VaR calculations and Market Risk workflows within the Murex environment.
Operational Skills: Proven ability to manage automatic executions and script configurations (Ant-scripts).
Communication: Minimum B2/Upper-intermediate English for effective interaction with international teams and the Murex provider.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
