Your new company
As an IT Presales Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating and managing bids as well as preparing detailed, cost‑efficient and persuasive proposals. You will ensure that both client expectations and internal requirements are met by shaping, developing and delivering presales solutions tailored to their needs. You will support the full presales and solutioning lifecycle, maintaining high service standards throughout. The role also involves overseeing budgets, bid schedules and providing regular reporting to local and global leadership.
Your new role
• Working as part of the IT team and supporting presales activities by preparing and coordinating proposals for IT solutions.
• Translating ideas into clear recommendations and building alignment within the team to deliver final proposal documents that meet internal and client standards.
• Identifying key technical differentiators and unique selling points.
• Managing the bid process, including budget preparation and cost monitoring.
• Handling expectations of internal and external stakeholders within IT departments.
• Actively contributing to the presentation of IT solutions and proposals during virtual and onsite client meetings.
What you'll need to succeed
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: IT, Software, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Infrastructure, Systems, etc.
• At least two years of experience in bid management, IT presales or IT coordination for enterprise‑level solutions.
• Ability to prepare task lists, checklists, bid plans, statements of work and other documentation supporting presales processes (e.g., RFI, RFP, RFQ).
• Experience in researching, reviewing or drafting business proposals.
• Background in preparing and presenting budget proposals or recommendations for budget adjustments.
• Ability to identify and assess potential risks and issues.
• Capability to collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to define scope, objectives and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Fluency in English and German
