Operational Support: Executing and overseeing Middle Office processes for investment funds, including settlement of institutional client instructions and resolving trade inconsistencies across platforms.

Transaction Management: Managing the accurate sending and monitoring of settlement and payment instructions to custodian banks.

Stakeholder Communication: Building and maintaining strong, professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Oversight teams) and actively participating in business development and project initiatives.

Service Quality & Compliance: Ensuring the high quality and continuity of services delivered, maintaining compliance with all local/global regulations, and satisfying audit requirements.

Risk & Issue Management: Proactively managing operational risks, maintaining adequate procedures and controls, and ensuring timely escalation of all potential issues.

Continuous Improvement: Driving process ownership, seeking out and implementing new solutions, and leading change/improvement projects on a team or department level.

Team Support & Development: Supporting colleagues in problem-solving and training new team members, ensuring smooth service continuity.
