We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our team for a one-year fixed-term contract. In this role, you will be a key player in our depositary monitoring service, ensuring that all client activities align with regulatory frameworks and corporate trustee responsibilities. You will act as a bridge between financial data and regulatory compliance, ensuring every figure tells the right story.

Client Relationship Management: Maintain professional and clear communication with clients and third-party administrators, ensuring all queries are handled within deadlines.
Process Onboarding: Coordinate the integration of new clients, processes, and solutions into the department.
Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the go-to person (SME) for technical questions and take over supervisory duties during the manager's absence to ensure process continuity.
Experience: Proven background in financial services, specifically in reconciliations, fund accounting, or depositary services.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data sets and a high level of professional business correspondence.
Adaptability: Experience in onboarding new processes or leading small-scale transitions.
Leadership Potential: Ready to act as a Subject Matter Expert and step into supervisory tasks when needed.
Communication: Fluent in English, with the ability to explain complex issues to stakeholders clearly and concisely.
