For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:
Digital Training Media Creation Support
Location: remote / Poland
Job type: B2B (with Hays Poland)
Length: long-term cooperation, first contract until 31.12.2025
Rate: 150-200 PLN/h net on B2B
Start date: September 2025
Working hours: Business working Hours
Remote work: 100% remote, possible work travels one week per month to Brussels/Hague
Tech stack:

Project:
You will be part of the project management and implementation team, working closely with the Cloud Operations Centre and Accreditation Support Office
What will you do:
- Training Material Creation
- Develop user-friendly guides and tutorials for Microsoft 365 tools (Loop, Planner, Lists, Stream, Bookings, To Do)
- Create structured learning paths for different user groups (end-users, IT admins)
- Ensure content is accessible, engaging, and aligned with UX best practices
- Video and Audio Editing
- Edit training videos with smooth transitions, clear audio, and engaging animations
- Use tools like Adobe Premiere, Camtasia, and Audition to produce high-quality multimedia content
- Format videos for multiple platforms (desktop, mobile, intranet)
- Graphic Design
- Design infographics, icons, banners, and promotional visuals for internal campaigns
- Create templates for handouts, posters, and digital boards
- Use Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and other design tools to maintain visual consistency with Client's branding
- Content Management and Learning Platforms
- Organize and publish training content in SharePoint and Viva Learning
- Tag and categorize materials using metadata for easy navigation
- Support cross-team communication and platform adoption through Viva Engage, Connections, and Amplify
- Communication and Coordination
- Collaborate with SMEs, platform owners, and project stakeholders to ensure content accuracy
- Participate in working groups and sprints with communications and training teams
- Provide live demos and training sessions as needed

What we expect from you:
- Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in creating comprehensive and user-friendly online materials, including guidelines, FAQs, videos, articles
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools: Loop, Planner, Lists, Stream, Bookings, and To Do
- Video editing techniques, including refining transitions, editing audio, and animations
- Ability to work with various editing tools, such as Adobe Premiere, Camtasia, and Audition
- Ability to create infographics, icons, banners, and marketing materials
- Ability to work with graphic design programs such as Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva
- Ability to organize content in SharePoint and use Viva Learning and other tools to support cross-team communication
- Ability to collaborate within a team and effectively communicate with various stakeholders
- Security: A valid NATO SECRET security certificate is required
- Very good command of spoken and written English (min. B2/C1)

Higher education in the field of computer science, mathematics or related
