We are seeking a dedicated ServiceMax QA/Test Engineer to lead testing efforts across a modernized ServiceMax 24.2 platform. In this role, you will ensure the stability and quality of a mission-critical field service system by validating new features, regressing legacy customizations, and verifying seamless integrations with SAP ERP and mobile applications. This position is key to maintaining platform reliability and compliance in a highly regulated, global life-science environment.

Responsibilities:
Comprehensive Regression Testing: Plan and execute thorough regression tests for legacy ServiceMax customizations during the platform modernization process, ensuring nothing breaks as we upgrade.
Feature Validation & Upgrade Readiness: Validate new features and enhancements introduced in ServiceMax 24.2, confirming they meet requirements and are ready for deployment.
Integration Testing (SAP ERP): Perform end-to-end integration testing with SAP ERP systems - including complex business scenarios such as “Reagent Rentals" - to ensure data flows and processes remain correct and reliable across systems.
Mobile App Testing: Lead testing efforts for the ServiceMax Go mobile application, with a focus on iOS/iPad optimization. Ensure the mobile experience for field technicians is smooth, with all functionalities working offline/online as expected.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers, solution architects, and mobile app specialists to coordinate testing activities and troubleshoot issues. Provide clear feedback and guidance to these teams to ensure end-to-end quality assurance across the platform.

Qualifications:
Experience: 6+ years of hands-on QA/testing experience in ServiceMax or similar field service management environments. You should be deeply familiar with testing ServiceMax functionalities and configurations.
ServiceMax Expertise: Strong understanding of legacy ServiceMax configurations, custom objects, and workflows, as well as solid grasp of QA methodologies applicable to the Salesforce/ServiceMax platform (e.g. test script design, use of Sandbox environments).
ERP Integration Knowledge: Proven experience in testing integrations with SAP ERP (or comparable enterprise systems) in a field service or CRM context. Ability to validate complex data scenarios and transactions between ServiceMax and SAP, ensuring consistency (experience with scenarios like service contracts or reagent rental processes is a plus).
Mobile Testing Skills: Proficiency in mobile application testing, particularly on iOS/iPad. Comfortable with testing on the ServiceMax Go app or similar mobile field service apps - including device-specific considerations, UI/UX validation, and possibly use of mobile testing tools.
Life Sciences Compliance: Familiarity with regulatory compliance and validation requirements in the life sciences industry. Experience working under quality systems regulations (e.g. FDA 21 CFR Part 11) or similar validation protocols for software is highly valued.
Analytical & Collaborative Mindset: Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills to document results and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. A proactive attitude to identify risks and ensure that the delivered system meets the highest quality standards.
